You must first determine if the event requires completing a form prior to the event date. The easiest way to learn about an event and what is required to participate is to visit the actual event schedule. From there, you can click on links to the event details that describe the event and its requirements. If a sign-up form is required, there will be a link to that file and you can complete the form and submit as described on the form.

Donations are very welcomed and help us to maintain and continue improving the carnival we’ve all come to enjoy. Donations can easily be made either with a credit card or by sending a check. You'll also find a ‘Donate’ button available on several of our web pages.

No! There is no charge for entering or viewing the Ice Palace.

This entire process is completely dependent upon the whims of Mother Nature. If it stays cold, cloudy and dry, the Palace lasts for a while. Sun, rain and wind can make the Palace unsafe quickly. The lights are removed first — while it is still safe to work within the walls. The Committee doesn't want tons of ice crashing down on the electrical crew while they are removing the wiring. Soon after, when the Ice Palace is deemed subject to possible collapse, it is closed to the public. It can still be observed for a couple of days from behind the safety barricades. It then is knocked down and the wait until next year begins.
