Be Creative!  Frozen Suncatchers are unique works of wintery art created by suspending biodegradable natural materials in ice.  As the ice melts, all materials must safely return to nature without leaving behind litter or debris.  Go to the registration link to view the flyer and to register for the event.  Want some ideas on how to make a frozen suncatcher?  Go to DIY Frozen Sun Catcher - HGTV Handmade to see a video on YouTube.  Registered Frozen Suncatchers will be presented throughout the entire Carnival (or until they vanish!).  Voting will occur via QR code at the exhibit with winners announced at the end of Carnival.

DROP OFF:  Drop off your registered Frozen Suncatcher in the former Lakeside Deli parking lot (across from Ice Palace), on Thursday, February 5th, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
